Connection Circles are becoming increasingly popular in schools and are revolutionizing the way schools foster meaningful relationships between students and staff, promote social and emotional well-being, and support student success. Connection Circles are a series of weekly meetings between students and staff members, designed to build strong, meaningful relationships.
The purpose of Connection Circles is to create safe spaces for students to connect with their peers and school staff in a meaningful way. A key focus of Connection Circles is building trust between students and staff, which allows both groups to work together on issues, such as academic success, and school climate and culture. Fostering open and honest communication is essential to creating these relationships, and Connection Circles provide the opportunity for this to occur. I personally have used these with great success for many years now and thoroughly enjoy the connections. Click here for 15 you can use immediately |
